The precinct which straddles Sandown Road permits the development of multi-storey buildings to accommodate both office and retail use, including shops, supermarkets, financial institutions, showrooms, cafés and restaurants.

1ST ENCLAVE – RIVERGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK
The centrally positioned Rivergate Industrial Park was the first enclave undertaken within Rivergate. The enclave has been securitized by an electrical palisade walling/fence combination with a guard house positioned at the entrance. Erf sizes in the industrial park range from 450m² to 3,000m².
2ND ENCLAVE – PEGASUS PARK
Following the success of the first enclave, during May 2019, the landowners launched a second enclave – Pegasus Park. Whilst the Design Guidelines do not prescribe a specific architectural style, they encourage the consistent use of materials and finishes that will ultimately give rise to a coherent theme and character to the business park.
Provision has been made for the establishment for the Rivergate train station and future bus stations on either side of the Atlantis railway line as a basis for the regional transport interchange.
