1ST ENCLAVE – RIVERGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK
The centrally positioned Rivergate Industrial Park was the first enclave undertaken within Rivergate. The enclave has been securitized by an electrical palisade walling/fence combination with a guard house positioned at the entrance. Erf sizes in the industrial park range from 450m² to 3,000m².
2ND ENCLAVE – PEGASUS PARK
Following the success of the first enclave, during May 2019, the landowners launched a second enclave – Pegasus Park. Pegasus Park, with good visibility from the future Malibongwe Drive, will be accessed off the extension of Rivergate Drive as well as Enterprise Way once the road infrastructure to the enclave has been completed.
Whilst the Design Guidelines do not prescribe a specific architectural style, they encourage the consistent use of materials and finishes that will ultimately give rise to a coherent theme and character to the business park.
PEGASUS PARK OVERVIEW
Pegasus Park – Following the success of the Rivergate Business Park and the first enclave launched, Milnerton Estates have now introduced a second enclave – Pegasus Park.
Plots will be introduced in Phases, commencing with the launch of Phases 1 and 2 during May 2019. Services to each of the phases will be undertaken once sufficient sales in that phase have been completed. The enclave, with good visibility from the future Malibongwe Drive, will be accessed off Rivergate Drive as well as Enterprise Way once the underground services and road infrastructure to the enclave have been completed.
Security – Permeable fencing between plastered columns will be constructed to the western, eastern and northern boundaries of the enclave. Electric fencing will be erected above this fencing. “Off-site-monitored cameras” will be installed along these edges. A security response company will provide security support to the enclave. The southern boundary of the enclave abuts the serviced properties situated on Enterprise Way.
Designing your office or industrial unit – While a particular architectural theme is not prescribed, a certain amount of architectural coherence is required. All plans must be submitted to the Review Committee prior to submission to the Local Authority. Design Guideline – The guideline aims to prescribe a central design image in terms of consistent use of standardised materials, colours and landscaping. These guidelines together with the range of plots available should provide your architect with the flexibility required to design a top structure to meets your needs.
Property Owners Association – The Pegasus Park enclave falls within the Rivergate Business Park Home Owners Association development area. A management company has been appointed to control, manage and administer the development area.
Parks and Open Spaces – A paved piazza with shade trees and benches and a surfaced walkway will provide management and staff a quality “out of office” opportunity. Sales – The Aska Property Group has been appointed as Project Coordinators, Marketers and Sole Selling Agents for this prestigious development.
